Remote System Administrator with BMC Patrol and a variety of management tools for complete service and support.Primary responsibility for implementing Remote System Management service at the customer’s site, along with administration, troubleshooting, and upgrading as 3rd line engineer.The role encompassed 2nd and 3rd-level support on all the BMC products for the customer and in full collaboration with Unisys internal service and support staff.Joined MSC global outsourcing service and support team for remote system management as 3rd line engineer along with technical team leader for coordinating change requests for customers.Primarily working with external customers involved in remote system implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and training. In the area of software distribution, packaging, anti-virus control, and tool-set control.Provide special scripting for custom solutions for both Unisys and Customer support. Development of the scripting and tuning and maintenance.

I've maintained all the servers of our customers remotely over the whole of Europe.

I started as a Second line Deskside Support member and was promoted in a short time to a Team leader, I was the main troubleshooter for any technical problem and helped in several projects to realize the customer's wishes, I also made in that period SMS scripts for the distribution of software packages.I also gave training to the first line employees of the EDS helpdesk.
