I would consider myself a very technical individual with strong customer service, management, and leadership ability. As Operations Manager for Mechdyne's Pentegra Business Unit, I lead the daily operations, integration of corporate processes, and assist with business growth. I have over 16 years of experience in the low voltage industry, working with diverse systems and clients and am a well traveled individual having been to 20+ countries. I hold the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), ITIL Foundation Level IV, and Osha 10-Hour credentials, which demonstrate my technical skills, service, and safety knowledge and skills. In addition I have 100's of hours of customer service, management, and leadership training through Mechdyne and various 3rd parties. I started my career as a field technician, providing service and customer support to clients with various A/V needs, from simple conference rooms to fully immersive 3D virtual reality systems. I then progressed to management roles, first as a Service Supervisor and then as Contract Services Manager, overseeing Mechdyne's global contract services team of remote field technicians. In January of 2021 I transitioned to Operations Manager at Mechdyne's recently purchase Pentegra Systems Business Unit. My current role allows me to leverage my well-rounded skillset and experience to support and grow one of Mechdyne's strategic business units.
