On my own initiative designed, coded and implemented a series of new reports which resulted in saving one full person-month of effort per month for the user area affected.• Designed and coded a series of programs to emulate a DBMS scheduled for replacement. This emulator was used in production for two years with no errors and no modifications before finally being replaced by a new DBMS.
