Our firm owners asked me to help with recruiting talent and I jumped at the opportunity to make a significant contribution matching talent with opportunity in a very fast-paced environment at the time. I’ve had success and have found a sweet spot in my career development. I get to meet the most talented people in the design industry. I thrive on: matching various multi-disciplinary opportunities that develop within our firm to different skill and experience levels of applicants; using intuition and judgment; and collaborating with hiring managers to advance our mission. My 20+ years of experience within the architecture and engineering industry also contributes to understanding our niche and what talent will help make it flourish. My goals are to maximize the quality of hire, attract and hire the best to help our BHAG’s succeed over the next 10 years which include: a staff 5 times our current size; multiple offices throughout the USA; and an office in Mexico City.
