About Fraser Moore

Over the years we have all worked in or with businesses where there is a fundamental disconnect between who they want to be and what they want to do, and their ability to organise themselves effectively to execute on it a meaningful way.Traditional consulting approaches tend to come from a narrow frame of reference, playing back and reinforcing the ideas that leaders often already have. This doesn’t create an environment for genuine exploration or experimentation of new ideas or address the underlying causes of their issues in different ways than those that they have tried in the past.So they are left not really knowing what to do or how to go about it, and consequently they remain stuck and increasingly frustrated living with their problems and never get to explore any of their exciting ideas that could take them to the next level.We founded Quadrivium to try and break the nexus of this typical failed organisation change and really help leaders and their teams to open themselves up to a new way of thinking about their problems and working together to develop solutions to those problems that opens the door for them to reach their full potential.
