Directly manage the Operations Control Center. BART is the primary provider of heavy rail passenger service for the San Francisco Bay Area.; Supervised and directed the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of trains and rail vehicles on revenue track way by means of computer generated displays, manual movement procedures, and communication with train operators, supervisors and other public agencies via computer, radio, and intra/inter-phone.Directly responsible for the issuance of proper instructions to Crash, Fire and Rescue personnel in the event of an emergency incidents, including coordination between outside agencies and on-site incident commander.
