Responsible for providing and introducing the information, system administration, and support to the Epic Practice Management, Epic Care clinical modules, and similar clinical/bio systems. Duties include planning, designing, installing, and developing new computer systems, while also revamping existing computer systems for new tasks. Responsible for maintenance, training, and support of Epic software as directed by management to make sure user were competent in using the software system.
