The program has secured a 100% rating from multiple Medicaid Audits. • Successfully prepared and led the 2014, 2017 and 2020 Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) survey process for the organization obtaining the highest level of accreditation for a period of three years for each survey. • Responsible for leading and expanding grant writing efforts as evidenced by securing more than 1.4 million dollars in grant awards in 2013/2014, which was an increase of $944,000, or a 207% increase compared to 2011.
