As the senior servant and sojourner I give spiritual and administrative leadership to an historic faith community located in Newark's North Ward. As the leader of this multigenerational ministry, I help other leaders, members, and friends to learn about, grow, and articulate their faith in the world through teaching, preaching, and mission work at home and mission support abroad. We seek to align our orthodoxy, rhetoric, and praxis by devoting ourselves and discipling others.

As a member of a highly successful brokerage team, I focus on Office and Industrial real estate in Northern New Jersey and the Lower Hudson Valley of New York. I have had broad experiences in acquisition and disposition transactions, and portfolio planning in previous roles. I rely upon those skills developed as a transaction leader for corporate occupiers, and as a capital markets professional to deliver solutions for both tenants and landlords.Prior to joining CBRE, my professional experience included commercial real estate transaction management, asset management, and capital markets. As a Commercial Real Estate Professional, I seek to use the wealth of my experience and knowledge of the CBRE footprint in order to facilitate great client outcomes.

I joined CBRE in May 2007 as a Senior Transaction Manager within what is now Global Workplace Solutions to provide comprehensive account management, financial consulting, portfolio management and lease negotiation services to multi-market clients. In this role, I completed acquisition and disposition transactions directly or through transaction teams that I led with personnel distributed throughout various global regions. My professional experience includes commercial real estate transaction management, asset management, strategic portfolio planning and capital markets.

Managed lease, purchase and sale transactions for the outer borroughs of New York City, Long Island, New York and portions of Upstate New York for a major telecommunications firm. Completed transactions of office, industrial, radio tower and telecommunications equipment spaces. Developed detailed financial analyses of deals along with management approval packages.

Managed leasing transactions for a portfolio consisting of the Construction Services Division of the Company as well as selected transactions for other divisions. Maintained reports for the portfolio database and consulted on special projects.

Portfolio administration and transaction management.

Provided discounted cash flow modeling of income producing property for investment sales and financing transactions. Also coordinated preparation of offering memoranda and due diligence activities.

Completed internal appraisals of owned investment property and asset management for Times Square interests.

Completed discounted cash flow models for investment sales transactions and assisted in the preparation of offering memoranda. Also prepared Class A office building budgets and lease deal analysis.
