Working with a team of leaders that support four core program areas that include: Education and Training, Family Services, Health and Wellness, and Community Sustainability and Development.We served on average 160,400 people a year from 26 different zip codes within Allegheny County, with median incomes between $20,000.00-$200,000.00; facilitating change and collaboration through a community-based approach focused on greening principles that promote community sustainability. Our goal was to increase the capacity of residents and neighborhoods so that they become self-sufficient, embracing sustainability principles and practices that reduce their carbon footprint; while enhancing their trajectory towards 21st century opportunities in the global economy.

I was trained in the Bill and Melinda Gates Small Schools Concepts, managing 3 of the five schools at Olympic H.S. responsible for 2,500 students.
