About Massimiliano Freddi
I have been part of the leisure industry for 20 years. First, in charge of marketing and press for the Italian market of Disneyland Paris. Then, as the general manager of Leolandia and VP Strategic Development, I contributed to lead the park towards a 300% growth, turning it into a top European destination for kids under 10 and their families. In 2019 I've opened Wonderwood and in 2023 Wonderwood Green Forest.As a consultant, I've been supporting existing facilities with their growth strategy and new ones creating experiences to respond to consumers' needs and market trends. As part of the coaching team for Seth Godin’s AltMBA and adjunct marketing professor for IULM University in Milan, my goal is to support and inspire future generations through their careers. I'm currently the First Vice Chair of IAAPA, the Global Association for the Attractions Industry.
