Overseeing all the projects in the Treasury and Capital Markets practice for South Europe - BeNeLux, France, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Cyprus and French speaking Africa, I've to provide leadership support and expertise to the 13 project managers/directors reporting to me, attend steering meetings with the customers, review and provide guidance to the projects . I give special attention to strategically vital accounts and operate at the most senior level with those customers. I enable and drive improvements in project solutions delivery excellence to achieve profitable business growth. I take overall accountability for delivering all aspects of projects within my region, to the required time, within scope, to budget and to the required quality standards. Responsible for enabling progress reporting and identification of opportunities based on progress data and specifying reports needed to capture metrics and data in support of the Project domain.2. Responsible for evolving and deploying new standards, tools and techniques in alignment with business strategy and needs.3. Serve as mentor for project process, tools, best practices and project deliverables.4. Provide Portfolio management support by assisting in identifying common project delivery risks and issues and where appropriate escalating such to relevant parties.5. Perform project reviews and bid reviews and identify project failure findings and risks while providing recommendations for helping the project get back on track. Use it to constantly enable methodology and tools improvements.

Responsible for 30+ active projects on K+ Suite (Kondor+, KGR,K+TP), KTP and Summit My tasks include:  Pre-sales activity: Project workload estimate, project plan and contractual engagement (Statement Of Work). Produce and maintain a project and quality plan and conduct the project accordingly.  Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Manage the project staff and other resources assigned to the project. Report effectively on project progress, problems encountered and their solutions by means of a monthly project status report and also ad-hoc reports as appropriate. Produce client reports and discuss them with the client at a documented progress meeting. Establish and ensure the projects meet the client’s expectations.  Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.  Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
