• Installation, uninstall, upgrading, and configuring PC components, devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoots and recover from computer malfunctions when they inevitable occur• Knowledgeable in assigning accurate medical codes (ICD Codes) for diagnoses, procedures, and services performed by physicians and other qualified healthcare providers in the office, • Experience in using Accucare System Database Management (SQL) and generate reports base on the data information entered• Designated by the administrator to assist the Director of Nurses, providing forms, generate reports, and review the patients records for completeness and accuracy• In-charge of Monthly Patient chart review (RECAP) and to produce printouts for the RN supervisors checking for accuracy and completeness• Assigned to produce and generate new forms, report using Microsoft Office and/or the facility base system (Accucare)
