During this ten-week period, I redesigned the examination of the nine-week ''Boulangerie and Patisserie''-courses, with the aim of creating more unity in testing and improving the educational quality. The products of this internship were question databases, different versions of theory exams and assessment forms for the practical exams. I also provided tools to develop valid theory exams and wrote an explanation of the choices for the design of the assessment form.
