CurrentProvides job transition support to outplaced individuals in one-on-one (and group) settings. • Works in a customized environment with professionals in transition to create a job search action plan that maximizes their potential to land the best possible job. • Analyses, develops and delivers strategies on career options, target markets, social media optimization and online branding, interviewing skills, body language and etiquette techniques. • Designs and facilitates Job search strategies, creates mock interview scenarios, and facilitates resume writing workshops to groups of up to (15 employees. Reviews resume content and suggests improvements until resume is finalized and client is satisfied with their job search document.• Works with client on the creation and/or improvement of their online presence by reviewing their social media and LinkedIn content. Advises not only on online content but also on usability and privacy issues.◊ Provides coaching and counseling transition advice to clients contemplating retirement. Initiates dialogue regarding lifestyle, health, activities and social interactions, to help clients create a meaningful action plan for the next stage of their lives◊ Designs and suggests customized strategic business ideas to employees considering self-employment or business ownership. Collaborates with clients in the analysis and creation of a business plan while analyzing marketing, financial, organizational and operational alternatives for success. ◊
