Customer success, continuous learning, and Cisco network design are the driving passions that have always given me a strong sense of fulfillment. In my current role, these passions directly translate to building intimate relationships with customers by applying my technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to establish an unwavering level of trust and customer loyalty.After passing my CCNA exam in April of 2021, I have a desire to pursue additional certifications and training because learning about and working with enterprise networking products and services has become a personal hobby as much as it has become a staple of my career. I passed the Cisco 350-401 ENCOR exam in July of 2023, along with the 300-420 ENSLD exam in September of 2023 to earn my CCNP certification.I also enjoy working with VMWare products and services. My experience in server virtualization with VMWare vSphere in conjunction with my experience with Cisco campus network design and implementation has really given me a holistic view of what it takes to manage a successful network and made me a more well-rounded engineer. I strive to add value to my organization as an employee through continuous learning.I am a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion both in the workplace as well as outside of the workplace. I enjoy having deep, critical conversations around social identities, and I appreciate the relationship building that comes from it. My journey through equity work has truly changed my world view and given me powerful relationship building tools to succeed in my professional life, and more importantly, my personal life.I am a father of two and partnered with an amazing wife. My hobbies include distance running, most sports, dabbling with my home networking equipment, building custom PCs, major DIY home improvement projects, learning about the cosmos, and hiking through nature.
