To improve efficiency this role was created to be an integral part of the senior management. To liaise closely with the equity partners and the firm’s business and working group heads and the management team. Primarily responsible to the Governing Board to produce and provide all documents and information needed to operate all aspects of the firm effectively and progressively. Ensured all communication channels were open to all so that full transparency was achieved. Responsibilities included preparing and attending confidential meetings, providing assistance and minute taking. Coordinated all work of management. Executed decisions made by the board and ensured board followed up on actions. Liaised with finance, marketing and HR on daily basis. First port of call for any queries. Involved in recruitment of new partners. Produced written correspondence on behalf of the equity partners. Supported one of the dynamic leaders and equity partners of the firm who was also the president of the international law organisation Globalaw as well as chairman of one of the fastest growing synagogues in London

Major Achievements As part of the ministerial team which co-ordinated Sweden's EU Presidency during the spring of 2001, I was one of three co-ordinators who planned and orchestrated the six months Presidency.I set up and chaired cross-functional working groups consisting of government representatives, governors, mayors, representatives from Swedish industry, representatives from embassies and Sweden's representation in Brussels, and contractors. I executed a team-based structure and philosophy by developing strategic plans for every meeting.Created comprehensive communication plans to ensure best practice for the presidency.Provided overall strategy, direction and management for every project group as well as for the presidency as a whole. Was able through hard work and precise planning to achieve all objectives within the £30 million budget.Commissioned from the Prime Minister's Office to research options for setting up a Holocaust museum and research centre in Sweden.
