Subject matter expert on major training exercises that involved over 20,000 Army Soldiers annually.Key Achievements:• Completed the Army Modeling and Simulation School Simulation (S7) Course to enhance the integration of LVCG in training of US Army Reserve. • Synchronized manpower and equipment resources of an organization responsible for conducting major training exercises involving US Army Reserve, National Guard, and Active Duty Soldiers. • Served as the subject matter expert on Army gunnery program to allow 60 gun crews, two Reserve training divisions, and five Training Support Brigades to plan, prepare, and execute live fire for the first time.

Key Achievements• Senior battalion trainer during three XCTC rotations ensuring 1500 Soldiers and leaders received training to Army standards through observation and the After Action Review process.• Trained 100 personnel to conduct duties as trainers for over 10,000 United States Army Reserve Soldiers

Director of future operations and training division for the Army Human Resources Command serving 3000 Army Soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians. Responsible for the planning and execution of the individual augmentation program through the World Wide Augmentation System and managed the individual replacement program for Reserve replacements. Developed yearly training guidance for the Commanding General to ensure compliance with established Army training doctrine and supervised the work of 7 human capital specialists.Key Achievements• Planned, resourced and executed the Human Resource Management Training program that trained 90 senior human resource managers from across the Army on human resource processes.• Synchronized individual training for 3000 military and Department of the Army civilians.• Developed Army policy and served as the lead agent for the Commanding General on implementation of integration of women into Military Occupation Specialties previously classified as male only.
