I am a Business Developer and Supply Chain Specialist with over 16 years wide track record working with Multinational companies operating in Mozambique. Experienced in setting up businesses and building teams for operating companies and international companies in their initial stages of operations. I also have diverse experience in facilitating Team Building, strategically coordinating and integrating key business processes. I work in business development as a Business Coach and Communication Teams Specialist in the context of Mozambican’s dynamic daily reality. By making use of Lean (six sigma) principles, I have managed to adapt international standards to local operational levels improving the long-term supply chain performance and deliverable. I have worked in Logistics and Supply Chain Management as a key player for local & international companies such as:- CDN, Nacala Port: Terminal and Operations manager;- Rio Tinto: Coal Supply Chain Manager;- ICVL: Port and Commercial Manager;- BIQINVEST: General Manager.
