I joined as a Graduate trainee engineer in the IQC( Incoming quality control) department. where I had learnt about all the electronic components and their quality measurement. After working 8 months with the IQC team, I switched to the process quality of the Bare MCPCB and SMT section, in these sections there are lots to learn and do, in which worked on various projects including impact on components and pcb when we shift from Non Rohs to Rohs.
