In charge of multiple projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration; Responsible for delegating construction document production and coordinating various efforts of co-workers throughout entire design process; Responsible for coordinating design of outside consultants (structural, civil, mech., etc.); Project management experience includes automobile/motorcycle dealerships, banks, recreational facilities, apartments, research center, facilities planning and management, restaurants, religious camp facilities, churches, etc.; Project construction costs range from $10,000 to $6.5 million; Additional responsibilities include state and local codes research and approvals, proposal writing, scheduling, billing, etc.

Professional Services provided to STV Group at their Douglasville location through a contract established with Synergetics Architects for a 6 month period. Services included construction documentation for multiple projects.
