Controls Technician
Current• Utilize PLC, Mechanical, and Electrical skills to troubleshoot and give guidance to maintenance personnel for production breakdowns.• Provide feedback to the Controls Manager about the issues that arise during the shift.• Utilize PLC programming and troubleshooting techniques to locate and repair control logic issues and provide detailed analysis to Controls Manager.• Utilize knowledge of robotics to troubleshoot, repair, recover, and touchup robotic issues with production equipment.• Give feedback to Maintenance Supervisor about issues that have or will become production hindrances.• Utilize laptop to communicate and troubleshoot equipment during production breakdowns, and fix logic issues that arise during the shift.
