FP&A Director for the Video Business: lead the Video FP&A team and drive the BU’s forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

One of two participants to launch and help design the newly created Finance Leadership Program ("FLP") at Warner Bros.This two-year program is designed to prepare Executive Director and Director participants for the next level of leadership.3 assignments (8 months each) that will be in three of four core Finance areas and include international opportunities: Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Transformation, and Production Finance.Apr-21 - Present: Executive Director, Corporate FP&A and Strategy-Support the Warner Media Strategy Lead: • design bi-weekly newsletter sent to board of presidents, leveraging Analyst Reports and Press articles.• provide support for growth initiatives presentations, liaising with senior management across all of Warner Media’s various business units.-Corporate FP&A:• weekly update of HBO Max Streaming platform Programming Updates, reporting ratings, subscribers count, release slate, …• Monthly forecast and analysis of HBO Max on both Domestic and International.Aug-20 - Mar-21: Executive Director, Theatrical Production Finance-Support the theatrical production teams within Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Productions, and Water Tower Music, the company’s in-house record company.-Review and assist in developing theatrical production cash forecasts/modeling. -Responsible for tracking and reporting on COVID related increases to existing productions and future film starts.Nov-19 - Jul-20: Executive Director, Investment Planning and Projects-Responsible for overseeing investment planning and future strategic initiatives.-In charge of conducting monthly Investment Council meetings with Senior Finance Executives across the Studio.-FLP Task force: design and enhance the program, specifically in charge of communication and mentoring module.

- Annual budget / monthly forecast processes for the TNR business unit and present financials to the General Manager & EVP of TNR business unit.- Direct the development and submission of ultimate updates to WB Corporate on a weekly basis- Preparation of post promotion analyses of TNR titles after release to evaluate performance - Review and analyze actual results and present TNR business variance analyses and financial updates on a monthly basis to VP of Finance. - Provide green light ultimates to HEG Senior Management for approval.- Responsible for budget database and model.

- Management of 8 financial analysts, - Member of Operating Committee including Video Vice Presidents & Department Directors,- Member of Finance Committee WB with other managers for the Finance Department,- In charge of the Home Entertainment, Consumer Products and Television Distribution businesses,- Consolidation of Warner Bros. activities.

- Monthly and quarterly closing: monitoring the performance of new releases and catalog for review by the Executive Committee.- Analysis of client performance: P&L by retailers, New Releases vs Catalog performances KPIs, calculating market share, return rates by product type.- By Title P&Ls : vs budget, theatrical admissions, breakeven calculation for product managers.- Ultimates & Estimates Analysis (long term by title projections): monitoring with Marketing current and future released films on a 18-month basis forecast

- Consolidation of the 3 company's businesses at the time of the 3 budget plans and the 4 quarterly closings- Setting up the application O.F.A. (Oracle Financial Analyzer) to assist in the consolidation- Budget and operating expenses: Monitoring & analysis of monthly expenses with Senior Management
