 Prepare MIS reports and share to team leader & team members. Receive the Purchase request from group companies and raise the PRQ in SAP. Send enquiries through mail (or) call to vendors for quotation. Receipt quotations from vendors. Price negotiation with vendors. Prepare Price comparison statement& vendor selection. Prepare Purchase Proposals and bill of materials. Entering into Annual Price contracts (If required). Generate PurchaseOrders in SAP (PO for Domestic capital, revenue & service Import Capital & Revenue.). PO authorized. Send authorized PO through mail to supplier and receiving acknowledgement. Process advance Payment to vendors (If required).  Monitoring the deliveries and receipt of Materials with document (Invoice). Invoices verified and send material to respective stores and Stores will be generating the MIGO and Raising MIGO for Service Purchase Orders. Follow up with Finance for timely payment to vendors. Prepare Annual Price contract &Monthly reports, Weekly report. Collect TDS Certificates & ‘C’ forms from finance dept and send to vendors. Maintain Purchase manuals & records. Vendor detail send through mail to commercial dept for E-way bill generation purpose. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly (PPT) High level Power Point Presentation and send to top level management.
