Customer Implementation & Onboarding Manager
Current- Efficiently onboards 100+ customers onto the Level Access Platform, ensuring exceptional user experience- Leads kickoff meetings for each new customer to set up implementation projects, establish technical goals, and discuss key outcomes and timelines- Creates and configures new customer platform instances including domain setup, deploying testing tools, technical integrations, SSO implementation, and user profiles- Conducts new customer orientation and provides comprehensive product training, showcasing platform capabilities and strategic usage possibilities- Collaborates cross–functionally across internal Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success Teams to ensure a unified customer experience in order to maintain customer satisfaction and retention- Partners with Product team to regularly provide product feedback, participate in beta testing of new features, and contribute to planning for upcoming releases
