For over twenty-five years, I’ve worked hand-in-hand with amazing executives and incredible mentors to help multinational companies reach their performance goals in three areas: • M&A: I work across the mergers & acquisitions deal life cycle, from diligence to transaction close and post-deal value creation. My primary focus is helping companies realize value through transactions, market exits, separations/carve-outs and wind-downs. • Restructuring: I partner with distressed businesses as an interim executive (CRO, CEO, CFO) or hands-on advisor to restructure and reorganize companies, either in-court (Chapter 11) or out-of-court. I often combine this with my experience in M&A to support distressed transactions.• Turnarounds: I work with management teams of companies that are underperforming to fix problems and to develop impactful solutions. I am known for developing strong partnerships with executives and treating their challenges as my own. I focus on results, not reports. I stand with my clients to implement my suggestions and recommendations.In my free time, I enjoy mentoring entrepreneurs and small businesses, traveling the world, martial arts, great food and creative writing. Passionate about Bruce Springsteen music, Harry Potter novels, sighthounds and my awesome family and friends.
