Execute process design for converting cattle manure and waste agricultural feedstocks to low carbon intensity (CI) renewable energy gas utilizing solids handling, anaerobic digestion and gas purification technologies.Actively involved in all comprehensive design efforts including process engineering, deliverable execution, fabrication and construction support for renewable energy (RNG) systems within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing process flow diagrams, creating mass and energy balances, performing process engineering calculations for systems, and supporting process control efforts to optimize system performance and monitoring through instrumentation and controls.
Product Design Engineer
Support the design and build of contaminant removal systems (i.e. PFAS, 1-4 Dioxane, VOC's, etc.) utilizing membrane technology (UF, RO), GAC adsorption and IX synthetic resin while employing innovative regeneration processes. Prepare and review detailed equipment and instrument lists, general arrangement layouts, piping and instrumentation diagrams, pipe routing diagrams, isometrics, fabrication drawings, etc. to develop comprehensive system design packages.
