Give support to the consultancy through which the company is passing, helping to translate the strategical decisions – regarding, mostly, the administrative and financial part of the business – into the daily operations. Working closely with the board to help them implement changes and with the external consultancy, to try and fit the changes to the reality of the business, while maintaining its identity.

Responsible for structuring the clients' prospection process and to give support to the clients' relations department.

Develop managerial diagnostics alone and within a team, giving them technical support to develop their activities and the area's goals. Moreover, lead complex negotiations with other companies and analyse all the the team's sale efforts.
