Fellowship involving research on atmospheric chemistry and water treatment using GROMACS for Molecular Dynamics Simulations. I was one of the main contributors to the development of desalination simulations with carbon nanotubes that mimicked the structure of mangrove aquaporins. I also contributed to the development and data analysis of simulations that explored how different atmospheric gases affect the freezing in clouds. Finally, I conducted independent research using simulations to explore the adsorption mechanism of pollutants on lignocellulosic biomass for wastewater treatment purposes.
