With 10+ years of experience in the payments market, I began my career working in a company of fleet management.While still in college, I was the first employee, in charge of creating the whole payment structure.Unhappy with the quality of the outsourced card management systems that his company had at that time, I organized and led the development of our own platform for the business, being then invited to become a partner in the company in 2014.In 2017, seeing the big gap for outsourcing technology on the Fintech market, I decided to start my own technology company. Just IT, acts as a Fintech boutique, developing customized applications for card brands, having its own proprietary solution that is able to set up a Fintech from scratch in a few days, and also providing advisoring to card brands from multiple kinds of products.In 2020, I accepted the challenge of start the operation of Swile - a French Series D unicorn from the benefits - in Brazil, being the 2nd hiring of the company in the country.Today, I act as Head of Product and Payments at Swile, being in charge of handling and managing the payments structure, and product development in Brazil.
