Monitor and audit communication between Account Managers and customers by telephone, email or in person on all information about existing products or services, or complaints. Oversee all the activities that have to be accomplished by the Account Manager in a timely manner including emails, scheduled and non-scheduled calls, in person meetings, HR meetings, staff meetings, Gazebos and leadership meetings.Support Account Managers in verifying that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers’ problems and refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
