I mentor other tutors on how to improve in one-on-one tutoring. This includes conducting performance observations and feedback meetings for each tutor that I mentor (usually 5-10 tutors) twice per semester. My duties also include leading group meetings every other week, in which I gather all of my mentees to discuss employment logistics as well as how to improve the soft skills associated with tutoring. Additionally, I am in charge of setting up and making any changes to the tutoring schedules of my mentees, including last-minute rescheduling. I must also attend weekly mentor meetings to discuss and work on improvements to the organization.

One-on-one academic tutor to other Georgia Tech undergraduate students in a variety of subjects, including: Chemical Principles I & II, Organic Chemistry I & II, Intro to Physics I, Quantitative Chemical Analysis

The goal of this project is to inform students on environmental policy developments and campaign platforms during election times. As project lead, I am involved with managing the project's social media account, performing policy research, conducting the graphic design of posts, and organizing meetings.
