Jeff has shown himself to be a strong leader who takes seriously his role and his responsibilities. I am amazed at the breadth of his knowledge, and at the insight he has exhibited in setting up a large Information Systems department that is composed of so many different technical teams working on such diverse programs. Our organizational goals for the past five years have been lofty and challenging, but not impossible. But Jeff has worked tirelessly to ensure that he and his teams would achieve the goals that were set before them, and despite the occasional distraction or detour inherent in a new business start-up, he has successfully captained his teams to achieve the standard of success.
