• Managing multidisciplinary projects for the organization. • Managing and maintaining constant communication with internal disciplines, vendors, subcontractors, and any other third party involved in the project.• Lead point-of-contact (SPOC) for clients for all marine related issues on projects, engineering and construction• Overseeing project documentation (RFQ/ TQ/ TBE/ PR) to ensure purchase orders are awarded on time and are executed according to agreed schedule, quality and cost.• Liaising with various agencies for taking different government clearances.• Preparing and delivering technical briefings and project plans to management• Responsible for performance management of a team of 30 highly qualified personnel capable of supporting assigned projects• Periodically carrying the internal audit as per CMID and OVID standards of the various offshore vessels (Pipe lay barges, Work Barges including hired offshore towing tugs, AHTs, Supply vessels)
