Responsibilties included:- Testing Bond Adapt- Test migration of data from old system to Bond Adapt- Testing iProfile- Raising defects on in house defect system- Liasing with development team to ensure all bugs raised were fixed

Responsibilites included:- Writing test strategies for projects at Birmingham Midshires- Overseeing testing for projects on Mortgages and Savings & Investments departments- Managing testers day to day workload and issues- Attending daily meetings with Development Managers, Analysis team leaders and Project managers to provide updates and estimations.- Mentored new additions to the team- Aided in the roll out of Mercury Test Director in the I.T. department and ensured all users were set up.- Provided support for users in I.T. department regarding Mercury Test Director.

Responsibilities Included:- Testing analysis and scripting for all testing life cycle- Testing execution of all enhancements and bug fixes for Isle Of Man Benefits Payments System- 1st line support for users of the Benefits Payments System- Liasing with business to collate business requirements- Raising defects

Responsibilities included:- Test analysis and scripting for all PAYE, SA & NTC filed online.- Test execution for PAYE, NTC & SA returns through GGIS (now ERIC)- End to end testing of xml returns to back end systems (i.e. CESA)- Liasing with other departments (i.e. NTC) with regards to projects and work required- Overseeing and mentoring testers to ensure their day to day testing is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
