I oversee the PM team and processes at Fastspot, ensuring projects move forward with transparency, accountability, and delight. Putting people first – both team and client side – is my top priority, in addition to diligently working towards project goals. Some of my favorite projects are actually our most noodly ones. Working to detangle the challenges with colleagues who are forward thinking experts, in collaboration with our clients, really gets the creative solution juices going! Guiding the project team through uncharted territory requires not only attention to detail, work ethic and “thinking outside the box”, but also a positive attitude and sense of humor - which is something our team has in spades. At the end of the day, my goal is to ensure our clients have a successful project with a smooth experience. This means taking big problems and breaking them down into bite sized actions, ensuring they have strong understanding of the important details, and empowering them to make the best choices for a successful outcome. I love my role and I love our clients, and I am always excited about the great work we do together.
