Current• Lead company in accessibility guidelines and principles; experienced testing with SiteImprove AXE and pa11y• Maintain front end code for many different CMS; BigTree, Wordpress and Drupal to name a few• Craft markup that is easy to maintain and debug• Establish emotion through CSS transitions and animations• Team up with design and strategy to achieve right user experience• Allocate resources to fit individual and team strengths• Onboard, train and mentor new developers• Develop an internal framework focused on minimizing time to start new projects• Continuous iteration with task runners (gulp/grunt)• Source control through Git, integrate with external teams through Pantheon, Aquia and GitLab• Collaborate with third party accessibility consultants and firms• Run department, project and client meetings• Ensure projects launch on time and within budget
