He has served on National Trial Teams in a number of sets of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device cases, and spends much of his time handling Environmental Litigation and Business Litigation cases. Frequently involved in MDL litigation, John has been Lead Counsel, Liaison Counsel and Settlement Counsel in a diverse group of cases, ranging from environmental claims brought against the oil industry, to dozens of class actions against the country's largest lawnmower manufacturer, and from claims of side effects from pharmaceuticals to commercial claims relating to genetically modified crops.
