ADM Services leader - Accountable for P&L, people management and customer expectation management for clients operating in Retail, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality segments in Europe (UK, CE, Benelux and Nordics)

Ganesh is responsible for a multi-million dollar delivery/operational engagement of one of the large portfolio sector team for a Fortune 500 corporation, with operations spanning across North America, Continental Europe and Asia. He has been involved during the entire lifecyle of operations, right from CoBIT assessment (business case and effectiveness of an outsourced managed services model), transition and stabilized operationsHis primary responsibilities include accelerated transition, enabling value co-creation with clients, partners and the larger eco-system through an ITIL based operations delivery model. Ganesh leads a team of culturally diverse associates spread across US, Europe and Asia with competencies cutting across multiple technologies (custom apps, SAP, Siebel, Datawarehouse platforms, Engineering services, content management services and master data management).

Ganesh joined Infosys as a software engineer. Over the years, he gained enormous insights on delivery framework by working in various roles - developer, analyst, project manager, technical consultant.In his last role, Ganesh was a senior technical consultant and his responsibilities included:1) Solution Conceptualization (market segmentation, promotion, go-to-market strategy creation).2) Delivery of projects, specific to middleware operations 3) Presales support around Execution Scoping and Sizing4) Model and Implement Center of Excellence around middleware IT infrastructure support5) Relationship Management with Fortune 100 customers (Application Development projects)
