• Value addition ideas generation for Commercial vehicles HCV, LCV and Bus.• Owning activities like Idea study, Concept Design, Technical Feasibility, Detail Design from Pre- DCR approval till idea implementation.• Responsible for Engineering Change Management, EN release in Teamcenter, E-BOM management.

• Design and development of stabilizer bar assembly, Stab bar bushing, sheet metal components to meet requirements of assigned project keeping eye on DFM & DFA.• Vehicle clearance study for all boundary conditions like Laden, Full bump, Rebound & Full Steer.• Fatigue life calculation for stabilizer bar in line with surface stress generated in FEA analysis using SN curves.• Performing Technical feasibility, Risk Assessment and Design reviews with CFT to meet and understand performance & durability requirement.• Linear stiffness & roll stiffness calculation for various tuning diameters and profiles.• Prepare engineering BOM to identify potential carryover parts & assembly levels.• Perform engineering calculations for VM-Stress , Roll Stiffness, Load at bushing, Radial Bushing Stiffness, Axial pull out load to verify the design.• Prepare DFMEA , DVP for customer, SOR and other technical documents for key suppliers.• Coordinate and monitor all aspect of Product Validation i.e. DVP preparation and completion.• Resolve customer query or difficulties in manner that consist of company values and technical objectives.
