●Recruiting through various channels for sourcing and recruitment.●Majorly into leadership hiring’s and managing end to end recruitments through job sites, postings, referencing, for senior profiles.●Maintaining relationship with Hiring Managers, and candidates and coordinating with clients for line ups, scheduling and interview confirmation.●On-boarding formalities & documentation of new joiners●Maintain monthly records of all hiring activities.●Attendance Management●Individually handling Employee Engagement, Birthday celebrations and festival celebrations.●Involved in Exit Management formalities.●Conducting Induction training program to the new joiners
