Led the design and development of a large scale Machine Learning system for a novel server to server header bidding Real-time bidding (RTB) platform to build:(a) Several yield optimization models that increased revenue for publishers by more than 50%. (b) Bid prediction models designed as multi-class classification problems to identify relevant bidders for a given auction that led to reduction of nearly 30% in network costs.Researched and prototyped the generation of synthetic data while working with datasets of a limited size using Variational Autoencoders (VAEs).

Worked on an NSF project - “An Automated, Real-Time Identification and Monitoring Instrument for Reef Fish Communities”, under Prof. Joseph Wilder of Rutgers University and Prof. Gareth Russell of New Jersey Institute of Technology. We used two right angled cameras to observe a volume of water and carried out background subtraction to detect fish, and then tracked them and classified them into different categories. The coding part was done in C++ and Matlab, with an extensive use of MFCs and Open CV. I worked on the background subtraction and the classification parts.
