As a ministry leader I'm driven by two primary passions, help individuals and churches take the next step on their journey. With over 20 years of leadership and ministry experience I have the skills, experience, and education necessary to help people and churches move forward. As a Church Planting Strategist I work as a visionary, strategist, recruiter, trainer, coach, networker, systems designer, consultant and people developer. My primary focus is to help churches discover, develop and deploy church planters who impact communities with the Gospel. As a consultant I help churches see their current reality, find hope for a better tomorrow, develop a strategy, and connect them with the tools and resources to make that preferred future happen.
