I am a hardworking individual relocating to the west coast of Florida. I am actively seeking a career in Sales, where I will be able to use my enthusiasm and customer service skills to increase sales and customer satisfaction strategies. I have experience understanding customer needs in my roles and exceeding customer expectations. I am determined to use my knowledge, skills, and passion to grow opportunities that are awarded to me. During my career at Publix, I have learned many aspects of retail execution and the importance of fulfilling customer demands through effective customer service and efficient time management. My experiences have taught me the the value of relationship management. Working with Horticultural Enterprises, we determine success by fully understanding the customer's objectives in order to create, design and decorate event space to satisfy clientele with unlimited budgets. In my role at Pompano Municipal Golf, I was able to build and grow relationships with members and other customers by connecting to each one differently. By understanding their individual needs, wants, and or concerns i was able to form patterns and predict outcomes to better serve our guests.I would be excited to contribute my customer service knowledge and skills for a mutually beneficial opportunity. I believe my ability to work as a team will help to build customer sales and create a higher level of customer satisfaction.
