In 2008, I was chosen to lead a global team of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts in improving quality and reducing cycle time for operations in both the Media and Consumer business. We delivered numerous wins as a result of this work, including a 30%+ improvement in cycle time for Consulting services and a 25% cost and timesaving improvement for processing.

During this time, I led a team of 80 associates in driving revenue and providing new product consulting across 20+ consumer packaged goods companies. I also led the creation and development of a captive offshore team in Mumbai, India.
