Using this insight to support the organisation in delivering against objectives such as product launches, cost savings, product and customer profitability.Platform Transformation: Delivered and lead teams across multiple facets of Platform delivery from the migration of finance data from multiple Insurance systems to a new platform and alignment of the COAs to establishing the data strategy for a SAP transformation to delivering the financial processes and controls alongside a Banking integration.

Whilst at Atos Consulting I delivered 2 regulatory programmes:1. Sarbanes Oxley compliance at a Global FS Organisation UK branch2. Basel ii Waiver for the Retail and Business Banking for a Leading Global Bank. In addition established the models and reclaculated the Risk Weighted Assets under the revised Basel rules.

I held a number of increasingly senior Finance roles and was responsible for the planning, budgeting, forecasting and management of the Retail Bank Product P&Ls, profitability, insight and balance sheet.
