Overview: Responsible for the end to end implementation of digital change projects and managing adoption of digital capability within children social care. Description: In my previous role as a Systems Project Manager I was responsible for leading and project managing digital initiatives across the children’s social care directorate comprising of 400 employees. I held overall responsibility for the requirements management, digital system implementation, operational change management, resource management and benefits realisation of digital projects, by utilising different project management methodologies including Prince2 and Agile. Upon leaving my post to travel, I was successfully leading the Supporting Families Digital Revamp Project, which included collaborating with and influencing senior directors, suppliers and end users to produce an effective project scope. Previous projects I led and successfully managed include: - Implementation of new digital solutions and processes to support Barnet Council to support unaccompanied children during the Homes for Ukraine scheme. - Creation of an online portal for better communication and engagement between vulnerable young people and social care professionals- Development of a new support framework for care leavers, extending local authority support to care leavers aged between 21-25, this included implementation of a new digital solution and establishing new work processes for the Leaving Care team
