1) Product Development- Design and Develop Formula- Create Marketing Submission; - Base Formula, Final Testing,- Commercialization; - Ensure that performance evaluation and testing has been completed; - Release formula and information flow; - Release specifications for all Raw Materials as well as finished products.-Write Product PDR’s, PDR includes -Product performance summary, key ingredients, proposed claims, proposed testing schedules, product sample and bulk product requests and formula.- Develop usage guidelines and packaging for new products based on test results . -Present final lab submission for final approval.- Assures formulations meet regulatory requirements/safety objective -Conduct routine initial stability.- Also involved in certification process for eg: Hala India.2) Analytical - Analysis of color, viscosity, emulsion, quick stability & other parameters of samples - Monitor stability as per schedule 3) Tech transfer - Tech transfer of R&D developed products to factory & trouble shooting & preparing relevant documentation .Regular visit to manufacturing locations to inspect manufacturing procedures and visit manufacturing locations at the time of new product start-up.- Manage manufacturing process to ensure products are developed according to established and agreed upon formula specifications and terms. 4) Regulatory & other documentation - Preparation of manufacturing SOPs, ISO documentation and documents require for certification.- Prepare documents require for Export. (Dubai,Nepal and Saudi Arabia )5) Third party identification and management. 6) Vendor management.- Manage relationship, negotiation and documentation.-Delivery managements and stock management.
