It is the mission of the Bay EDA to grow the economy of Bay County which encompasses Panama City, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, and other communities located within Bay County. Business recruitment and business retention are key goals for the Bay EDA. To accomplish these goals the Bay County EDA works with local stakeholders, including many educational assets, workforce partners, Airport Authority, Port Authority, elected officials, and many others.
