    I led a great team of 20 Managers and Product Owners, overseeing the operations of the PlayNow website and apps. This included the online casino, lottery, and sportsbook platforms. I directed operations for the Player Account Management (PAM) system, vendor relationships, platform integrations, and product enhancements. I also spearheaded our B2B online casino business, successfully extending PlayNow services to two other Canadian provinces, which generated $100M in top-line revenue.     Talk about a role with a built-in purpose. I got to lead a team that delivered $1B annual profit to the BC government to support healthcare, education and community programs. Leading a team of 135 technical professionals and managers, I drove the strategic revenue growth and management of industry policies and procedures. I had oversight of operations for 35 casinos across British Columbia, including the gaming management operating system. My position required collaboration with various stakeholders, including casino owners, vendors, industry associations, and government agencies. We brought together BCLC leadership, the casino industry, government, and public health officials. The collaboration included 280 people across 23 departments. Opening day was successful on all measures and was the most profitable day in BCLC history. • 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺: I delivered a four-year, $12 million project to modernize the casino gaming management system, meeting both budget and timeline targets.
